Overview
This Digital Refund and Access Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, delivery, and access are handled for all products sold through KudianiBus.
KudianiBus provides digital resources designed to support business operations, administration, and growth. These products may include workflow systems, SOP templates, performance trackers, administrative tools, planning materials, spreadsheets, editable documents, and other digital resources intended to improve organization and execution.
All products sold by KudianiBus are delivered digitally only. No physical items are shipped. Because digital content can be accessed, saved, copied, and used shortly after purchase, all orders are subject to the terms set out in this policy.
By purchasing from KudianiBus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
Digital Product Delivery
All products available on KudianiBus are delivered in digital formats such as PDFs, editable documents, spreadsheets, templates, and similar electronic resources.
Delivery is considered complete once the purchased product has been made available through a download page, customer account, email link, access portal, or any other digital delivery method used by KudianiBus. Once access details, files, or download links have been provided, the order is considered fulfilled.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their device, browser, software, and technical environment are capable of opening and using standard digital file formats.
Final Sale Rule
All purchases made through KudianiBus are generally final.
Because digital products are intangible and cannot be returned in the traditional sense, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not normally available once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. Once access has been granted, the purchase is treated as complete.
This policy exists because digital resources cannot be meaningfully returned after they have been made available for use.
Limited Refund Exceptions
Although all sales are generally final, refund requests may be reviewed in a small number of limited situations where there is a verified problem with the order or delivery. These situations include:

a duplicate charge for the same purchase

a confirmed failure by the KudianiBus platform to provide access to the product

a corrupted, incomplete, or unusable file that cannot be replaced or corrected
Where one of these issues is confirmed, KudianiBus may first attempt to resolve the matter by restoring access, reissuing the file, or providing a corrected version. A refund may only be considered if the issue cannot reasonably be resolved through support or replacement.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as changing your mind after purchase, not using the product, not understanding how to use it, or expecting something different where the product description was clearly provided.
Refunds will also not be granted for accidental purchases made without reviewing product details, for personal workflow preferences, or because the customer later decides the product is not needed.
If the product was delivered as described, dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or failure to review the product page does not create a right to a refund.
Customer Responsibility and Compatibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, included materials, format, and intended use before placing an order.
It is also the customer’s responsibility to make sure the purchased product is suitable for their own business needs and compatible with their device, software, and technical setup. Refunds will not be provided because a customer lacks the required software, uses an unsupported system, or assumed compatibility that was not stated by KudianiBus.
Duplicate Purchases
If the same product is purchased more than once by accident, a refund request may be reviewed only where the duplicate transaction can be verified.
Any such request will be considered on a case-by-case basis. KudianiBus may review order records, payment details, and access history before making a decision. A refund is not automatic and may be denied if the product was accessed multiple times or if the transactions do not appear to be true duplicates.
Access and Technical Support Issues
If a customer experiences technical difficulties accessing a purchased product, KudianiBus will make reasonable efforts to help restore access.
This may include reissuing the download link, confirming the delivery method, or providing another reasonable way to access the purchased resource. Access issues are treated as support matters first and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they use compatible devices and standard software capable of opening the file formats provided.
License and Anti-Redistribution
All products sold by KudianiBus are protected by intellectual property laws and are provided for the purchaser’s permitted use only.
Unless KudianiBus gives written permission, customers may not resell, redistribute, share, republish, upload, reproduce for public distribution, or transfer purchased materials to others. Private download links, account access, and product files must not be shared.
Unauthorized distribution or misuse of KudianiBus products may result in revoked access, canceled licenses, refusal of future purchases, or further action where necessary.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is a problem with an order, the customer must contact KudianiBus first so the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed after digital access has been granted or the product has been made available, KudianiBus reserves the right to challenge that dispute using available records, including order details, payment confirmation, delivery logs, access history, and download activity.
Where a dispute is found to be abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with completed digital delivery, KudianiBus may suspend access, revoke licenses, and restrict future purchases.
Product Updates
From time to time, KudianiBus may update, improve, revise, replace, or discontinue products and digital resources.
Any updates are provided at the discretion of KudianiBus unless a product page clearly states otherwise. A purchase does not automatically guarantee future updates, newer versions, or continued revisions. Refunds will not be issued simply because a product is later changed, improved, expanded, or discontinued.
Policy Acceptance
By purchasing any product from KudianiBus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Digital Refund and Access Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not complete a purchase. Continued use of the website and completion of an order constitutes acceptance of the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
